Molasses-Glazed Baby Back Ribs

These Molasses-Glazed Baby Back Ribs are a perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors with a hint of smokiness. The molasses glaze adds a rich and sticky coating, making these ribs a mouthwatering barbecue delight.

Ingredients:

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1 cup molasses
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

Its easy to make this sauce: put smoked paprika, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and mix them together with a whisk

Put the baby back ribs on a cutting board and take the membrane off of the back of each rack

Cover both sides of the ribs with a thick layer of the molasses glaze

Put the ribs on a grill that has already been heated up

Cook for 25 to 30 minutes, turning them over every so often and basting them with the rest of the glaze

Make sure the ribs are soft and have a nice caramelized glaze

After taking the ribs off the grill, let them rest for a few minutes

Then, cut them up and serve
