Green Power Smoothie

There are a lot of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants in this Green Power Smoothie. Thats a great way to start the day because it gives you energy and nutrition.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup kale leaves
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 green apple, cored and sliced
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Wash the spinach and kale leaves thoroughly

Add the spinach, kale, cucumber, green apple, banana, chia seeds, and honey if desired to a blender

Pour in the almond milk and add ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie

Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency by adding more almond milk if needed

Pour into a glass and enjoy your nutritious Green Power Smoothie
