These Quinoa Trail Mix Bites are a delightful and nutritious snack, combining the goodness of quinoa, nut butter, mixed nuts, dried fruit, and dark chocolate. Perfect for on-the-go energy
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup nut butter e

- , almond or peanut
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped mixed nuts e

- , almonds, walnuts
- 1/4 cup dried fruit e
- g
- , cranberries, raisins
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
Pour cooked quinoa into a large bowl
Add nut butter, honey or maple syrup, chopped mixed nuts, dried fruit, dark chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt
Thoroughly mix the ingredients together until they are well blended
Put the bowl in the fridge for 30 minutes to make the mixture a little firmer
Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls with your hands after it has been chilled
Put the quinoa trail mix bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Put it back in the fridge for another 30 minutes to set
Keep in the fridge in a container that wont let air in until youre ready to serve
