This Green Chile and Corn Queso Blanco is a creamy and flavorful dip perfect for parties, game days, or any occasion. The combination of melted cheeses, mild green chiles, and sweet corn creates a deliciously addictive dip thats sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup white American cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can 4 ounces diced green chiles, drained
- 1/2 cup corn kernels, fresh or canned
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish optional
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, heat the milk over medium-low heat until warm
Gradually add the shredded American and Monterey Jack cheeses, stirring constantly until melted and smooth
