Grilled Cilantro-Lime Corn on the Cob

Transform ordinary corn on the cob into a zesty and flavorful delight with this Grilled Cilantro-Lime Corn recipe. The combination of fresh cilantro, tangy lime, and smoky grilled goodness will elevate your barbecue experience to a new level.

Ingredients:

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat

In a small bowl, mix together cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade

Brush the corn with the cilantro-lime marinade, ensuring each ear is evenly coated

Place the corn on the preheated grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the corn is tender and has a nice char

Brush the corn with the remaining marinade during grilling to enhance flavor

Remove the corn from the grill and serve hot
