Citrus Grilled Fish

Elevate your grilling experience with this delicious citrus grilled fish recipe. The combination of fresh lemon and orange juices adds a zesty and refreshing flavor to perfectly cooked fish fillets. A simple yet impressive dish for any barbecue gathering.

Ingredients:

  • 4 fish fillets such as salmon or tilapia
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sliced lemons and oranges for garnish

Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to create the marinade

Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them

Ensure each fillet is well coated

Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat

Remove the fish from the marinade and let excess liquid drip off

Discard the marinade

Place the fish fillets on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-6 minutes per side, or until the fish easily flakes with a fork

While grilling, baste the fish with extra marinade for added flavor and moisture

Once cooked, remove the fish from the grill and garnish with sliced lemons and oranges

Serve the citrus grilled fish hot, accompanied by your favorite sides
