Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- 6 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
On medium heat, mix 1 1/2 cups of water, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in a large saucepan
