Ingredients:
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce for basting
Instructions:
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Take off the membrane on the back of the ribs so that the seasoning can get into them better
This is the Fire-Eater Rub: brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt, black pepper, dry mustard, oregano, and thyme
Mix these ingredients together in a bowl
Spread the spice mix out evenly on both sides of the ribs by rubbing them with it
Place the ribs on a grill that has already been heated up
Cook for 25 to 30 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C
For a tasty glaze, baste the ribs with BBQ sauce during the last 10 minutes of cooking
Take the ribs off the grill and let them rest for a few minutes
Then cut them into pieces
Enjoy the fiery Fire-Eater BBQ ribs with your favorite sides
