Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp sesame seeds optional for topping
Instructions:
Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet
Put psyllium husk powder, baking powder, salt, and almond flour in a bowl
Melt the butter and add the eggs, Greek yogurt, and salt
Mix until you get a dough
Make 6 equal pieces of dough and roll each one into a ball
Shape each ball into a bagel shape with a hole in the middle
If you want, you can sprinkle sesame seeds on top
As soon as the baking sheet is ready, put the bagels on it
Bake them for 25 to 30 minutes, or until they turn golden brown
Let the bagels cool down for a few minutes before cutting them up and serving them
