Ingredients:
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until creamy and smooth
Add the melted chocolate, caramel sauce, chopped pecans, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture
Mix until well combined
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form
Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate-caramel mixture until fully incorporated
Refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow it to firm up
