Ingredients:
- 300g sushi rice

Instructions:
Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear
Place rice and water in a rice cooker and cook according to manufacturers instructions
Let the rice cool slightly
Cut the fish into thin slices
With wet hands, form small portions of rice into oblong shapes
