These Buffalo Wings Dont Fry have all the flavor of regular wings but dont have the extra oil that comes from frying them. Theyre crunchy and sour, and theyre great for parties or game day.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup hot sauce such as Franks RedHot
Instructions:
Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C
Add flour, salt, and black pepper to a large bowl and mix them together
Cover the chicken wings with the flour mix and shake off the extra
Spread the wings out on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
Warm the oven up and bake the wings for 45 to 50 minutes, or until they are crispy and cooked all the way through
Melt the butter and mix it with the hot sauce in a different bowl
Toss the baked wings in the sauce mix so that they are covered all over
Enjoy while hot
